I agree with your previous comments regarding Shale being the cause of the oversupply. I livened in the USA for 5 years in the 90s. A lovely hospitable people but they don't know whats happening outside their backyard and if there is a buck to be made then damn the rest of the world.
The Saudis are just teaching them a well needed lesson as the USA doesn't learn unless it hits the hip pocket.
