My feeling is that something has to give soon and this something is very likely affecting the "stinking" POO.
Not sure why you would find my comment amusing. Simply refering to ongoing reports about OPEC countries unable to meet their budget requirements with such a low POO and slowly but surely having social upheaval.
Maybe you read something into it I missed. Happy to be enlightened.
