    Why did they do the issue at 23 cents, a 30% discount to last sale, if the domestic battery storage outlook is so promising. The Chairman put in another 1.5 million which probably accounted for the oversubscriptions. Cannacord is the broker to Warwick Grigor's competing graphene tech company,Talga Resources, and now a broker to RFX. The stags will have a nice profit when the issue is finished.
