I bought my last batch of RFX a little over 2 weeks ago @ 24c, so 23c doesn't seem unreasonable to raise a quick bunch of cash. The recent SP spike is an opportunity for RFX to grab the capital it needs to execute this part of their business plan.

The deep discount to more recent trading guarantees that greed will ensure they get the money. If you take up your rights, the paper profit you make will hopefully offset somewhat the dip in the share price that usually occurs due to sophs taking a stag profit.

If you don't have the cash to take up the offer, off load some before the record date and buy them back in the offer to minimise dilution. Tax consequences should always be considered when looking at such an opportunity. The SP should stay reasonably high before the record date given entitlement reduce with any sales before that date. After that, all bets are off as the market determines whether short (stags) or long term investors dominate RFX.

    My 2 cents.
