    Cyclopes is correct as I understand it FH objected to claim and HNC had a period of time to appeal but didnt so is basically dead

    As I understand it the claim included all future cost contributions opex wise etc for oxides but didnt take into account the profits that would offset the expediture - so yes an ambit claim
