You’re rude. & you have zero evidence that any of the difference between signed up & active users is due to no longer using the service (not that that even matters - active users is the key). Of course profit doesn’t matter right now, that is not even the goal, the goal is to establish a business that will be profitable in the future & that means incurring costs larger than revenues while growing (sometimes for years)
