No he said up to 2 months and might be longer to start to kick the economy back in to gear, but he cannot be sure he hopes it's 2 weeks...doesn't anybody actually watch these things...so strange.
BTW he will probably be right...again.
Bug bear is the those citys highest in psychotic behaviours and like minded management....those less psychoticly sick regions will get back pretty quick....no one is saying it will be like the majority of 2019 either just in case that is what is driving the brain farts
