    If we flatten the curve so that the infection rate is zero, then the only way out is to hope and pray for a vaccine. Besides that, the country will be bankrupt if we have to wait 18+ months, as expected. So the idea is to keep the infections going at a rate that does not overload the hospital system. Then they do widespread antibody tests and anyone who is immune can go back to work. That might be >50% of the population in 6 months because most people who get infected get only mild symptoms and are not even in the stats.
