Could anybody please tell me why some d/h would be selling $171...

    Could anybody please tell me why some d/h would be selling $171 at 18.5 everytime it moves up to 19, I'm guessing its to hold the company back, but surely that small insignificant amount wouldn't have a huge impact on the sp.
    Is there something else to gain from doing this????????
