Why a bonus for banking royalties?

    The CEO gets about $800,000 a year for running a business that receives and distributes royalties. Nice work if you can get it. Lazy afternoons in the office for life. I can swallow that.

    But another million dollars a year in STI and LTI? Thats nonsense.

    I particularly hate that 20% of the LTI is based on "ESG". This company doesn't do anything, minimal employees, what ESG is involved and who gives a rats?
