If you read my post China taking over and will take the place of the US. When the US took over from Britain the NYSE went through one of the greatest bull runs in history . In that bull run there were 5 major +40% crashes. Yes China (with Australia trailing along) is going to the sky but we are all going to go through some very ugly phases along the way.
We could easily see a +40% correction in the ASX in the next 18 months, the DJIA could easily set us back that far before it heads up again, yes we will keep going up but the rides going to get much bumpier than most folks here are used to experiencing.
The trick is to stay focussed enough to dodge the bullets.
