    will depend on who are the sophisticated investors?

    these kinds of exploration projects will be easy to presents to the well known finacial institution which will be a plus point for them, if the insto decide to chip in..

    as for profit distribution, it will not matter for them as they will get the biggest cut since they are the majority shareholders..

    well, let's see what is Holloman going to do with RMG...
