You are indeed correct it was a Type A meeting request the definition i got was as follows,
Type A Meeting – is a meeting that is "immediately necessary for an otherwise stalled drug development program to proceed."
Which would be correct I am guessing as the question of exactly what data, how many patients, how long and what end point would need to be determined.
Gotta get it straight from the horse here or it will leave wriggle room again i fear and that's not something any of us want.
