a week allows all the paperwork to be put in order - perhaps there are some unexpected delays or it could be nothing - it can be frustrating but you will just have to sit and wait im afraid until they pull their finger out and put it out to market - but 5 days is a bit much - could cause some concern for soem investors others wont worry.
