    interesting article!
From my reading, these are some of the highlights:
    - Concepts development of TAVR during the 90s
    - In 1999, a small startup Percutaneous Valve Technologies’ (PVT, NJ, USA) was finally formed to develop the TAVR prototypes
    - In 2000, PVT started animal trial on sheep
    - In April 2002, PVT performed the first in-human TAVR trial on a 57 y.o. Patient
    - While undergoing further TAVR trials and development, Edwards Lifesciences Corporation (Irvine, CA, USA) acquired PVT in 2004 for $155 million. (https://www.google.com.au/amp/s/www.haaretz.com/amp/1.4788606). TAVR entered a new era.
