I always have had mixed views on this graphic.

Firstly, it is very exciting how many use cases the AnteoTech technology can solve for. There are many potential applications for commercial outcomes. This is exciting.

Secondly, it is a busy graphic - a brain dump of potential. There is no order of magnitude, no understanding of addressable market, scale of complexity or timeframes for delivery. Part of AnteoTech's issue over the past 3 years since I have been a holder, is a lack of strategic planning and Go To Market strategy. We need focused execution on a small number of use cases to actually deliver commercial outcomes. This graphic is how I envisage (assumption of course) the various ideas and priorities of individual employees & leaders at AnteoTech HQ. Rather than an agreed strategy with a plan.

I am still a firm believer in the tech. And I am waiting patiently for our incoming CEO to be in role to drive commercialisation of our product. I hope that this is done a) strategically, assessing the best addressable markets first and; b) with focused execution on delivery to achieve commercial outcomes. These things will take time, so I have chosen to wait patiently.
