yep… and shareholders ratifying the placement and approving the options has all but guaranteed next raise can dilute a further 15% and at a significant discount to current sp.
literally removed any motivation for management to lift urgently, and they can always grant themselves performance shares to mitigate their own dilution from successive raises.
