I dont disagress at all with what you've said. But to suggest this is a calculated move by the board to oust retail shareholders (which Sabbath has alluded to many times in the past) is just far-reaching speculation bordering on fantasy. Mismanagement maybe. Bad decisions making, sure. But a predetermined move to wrestle IP away from current shareholders is just a nuts idea. Speaks volumes about said poster.
