I am not moaning and not saying the technology is dead although must say very few promises fulfilled and not as much external interest as I would expect given how long we have been around and talking to prospects.
The piece I am highlighting is the poor track record of down raises , apparent use of funds versus promises ( both divisions) and a Board and Management that rewards itself before shareholders with free performance options etc.
If we hit gold and someone wishes to purchase us the amount will be X divided by the ever increasing number of shares that our illustrious Board and Management keep issuing in endless down raises and freebies.
Numb nuts like you keep approving the endless issuing of cheaper equity like it has no impact.
Its why I got out completely at about 5 cents then thinking it could get no worse at 3 cents only to find it has and will while ever suckers keep blindly believing and not holding the Board and Management to account.
