Soooo….if Sila is worth $3.3 Billion (US$ I assume?) and Anteo is worth pocket change by comparison AND Anteo has wonderful technology that threatens to put a dent in Sila’s earnings….WHY doesn’t Sila make a takeover bid for Anteo?
It’s a repeat of an earlier situation….IF Anteo’s use of unrefined silicon was such a threat to Ferroglobe’s earnings THEN why didn’t Ferroglobe simply make a takeover bid for Anteo? (Or even just the CET section of Anteo?)
Maybe the threat is not as real as Anteo cheer club members make it out to be?
