That thought has crossed my mind more than once.
Put aside for the time being any concerns about our tech not being all that it’s cracked up to be.
So what is it that could make a takeover offer unlikely?
Are there any rules or issues that rule out or just complicate a possible takeover to the point that it isn’t worthwhile?
