I'd say they are very professional. When the Dec 4C was released it was clear there wasn't two quarters of funding remaining and that a CR was going to be required. Notice how one of the top 20 who came onto the registry via the 2023 capital raise sold a lot of their shares off before the 2024 raise? Comparing top 20 holder reports shows they had been a seller. Very professional to know they'd be able to get the shares back even cheaper despite the stock being in a serious uptrend. Looking forward to seeing the next top 20 to see how many they sold off to free carry the options
We can thank the professional investors for keeping our SP around 2c. They'll probably be very keen to support the next stupidly underpriced CR and David will be happy as most long-term holders (who are passionate about seeing the company succeed) will have a lot less voting power due to the massive dilution
