At the AGM we need to hold “ our “ Board accountable, there job is to appoint and hold accountable the CEO and represent shareholders interests.

They need to explain why they are backing DR and indeed issuing him more lower strike price equity and bonuses . What can we expect. Why the confidence.
Use of funds , why did we need to build a commercial factory without an announcement of a partnership. They can’t even tell us who we are in negotiations with. Surely if a potential partner demands a factory we could get permission to name them or did the Board just think a commercial scale factory was a good idea . Is it commercially viable or an extension in reality of the R&D facility. What does the runway to cash neutral look like and are the current options on issue sufficient or can we expect another s&$t CR to completely dilute and destroy value.
What confidence does it show from the Board when they refresh their own free equity with cheaper equity because of their failure to deliver. Why such a low personal money commitment at these low SP levels.

Shareholders can’t and shouldn’t try and run the company but they should hold their representatives, The Board , accountable and expect them to do their job on OUR behalf.

shareholders also shouldn’t unnecessarily agree to give away equity and increase supply of stock at low values.

im 98.9% certain the current shareprice is a result of recent shareholder decisions to ratify the placement and and approve the free options.

commercialisation of the tech is a necessary piece in puzzle, but shareholders also need to reflect on their responsibilities too.
