Not really we all want a deal but I think going after the CEO is a bit unfair considering the god damn timeline he has been in.

His been CEO for 20 months and right in the middle we have had a Patent suit hanging over our heads for 8 months. - I would say KPI's were
issued in March and 4 months in we had a Patent law suit - you can forget about the KPI's for next 9 months.

Oct 2022 - DR started.
March 2023 - DR States KPI's with big Plans etc

8 months in and a patent suit - We are probably lucky he didn't leave.

July 2023 - Ferroglobe issue patent Claim - No fault of Davids he now had to clean up the mess from previous
Mar 2024- Settlement of Ferroglobe.

From July 2023 - Mar 2024 - there wasn't a hope in hell anyone was going to sign with ADO, I would even think they'd be reluctant to anything with ADO as the risk would be it all for nothing if the Patent suit was lost.

July 2024 - DR advised lift your Game by a shareholder revolt of.

4 month since Patent Settlement - we have multiple opportunities with:

-ev1 prototype
-ev2 jv-non dilutionary funding
-SIOI-indian POC companies
-expansion of prod facility to 100K litres (2 prod tech jobs in the last month)
-consumer electronics companies 1&2-separator partnership
-international sales director
-giga factory-quarterly
-NXT webinar and launch
-government biosecurity POC
-in house anode production
-expansion into the US
-nanotube manufacturer
-large battery storage
-800 cycles of our 70% silicon anode

This all reminds we of the movie SULLY where they accuse the captain of negligence where he should have been able to fly straight to the nearest airports without looking at the facts before making any decisions.

You can say DR's been for 20 months but it hasn't been a smooth 20 months in the middle we have had a patent settlement.

As in the words of Capt Sully - Can we now get serious.
