This is the big league - ADO has a window of opportunity to capitalise on its tech being the best in the world.
David is not a government beaurocrat - he is our the big bucks to deliver and be accountable for his performance.
the risk is we plod along at the same pace and other companies, with many more staff, capital and reach catch up with not as good technology - but better sold.
look at Beta versus VHS. - beta was a better technology.
so can we all have feel good love fest for the ceo - but if he doesnt deliver that all it is . Fluff !!!
the board must be thinking about his KPI’s - that is the Board’s role -
unemotional assessment of the CEO performance - right now it’s zero - donut !!
