The point is, what is/are the reason(s) behind these consistent failures?
Management? Product?
Pretty dangerous to sheet it all back to poor management.
In the end it doesn't matter. Because both are essential components in the risk/reward equation (i.e. gamble). There is nothing wrong with speculative gambling, but it should be recognised as such by the participants.
