No breakthrough here just more BS , 200 - 210 WH/kg energy density is only just OK its certainly not ultra high compact density , they get the 1000 k range by building a bigger heavier battery , , Anteo's 70% silicon target is 1000WH/kg and above 720WH/kg now @ 800 cycles , that is more than 3 times the energy density and a lot more than 1 million k already , the proprietary 70 % silicon anode performances gives an EV 3 x more range with a single charge , high range /energy retention per KG is what the market wants not a bigger heavier battery pack , Anteox and its proprietary results in a much cheaper , lighter , faster charging and now safer battery , its worth the design freeze wait investors.

At Auto China 2024, CATL unveiled Shenxing Plus—an LFP battery that achieves a range above 1,000 km. (approx. 621 miles) with 4C superfast charging. CATL said the cathode of Shenxing Plus is made with a granular gradation technology, which places every nanometer particle in a position to achieve ultra-high compact density. The company adds its proprietary 3D honeycomb-shaped material to the anode, which it said boosts the energy density while effectively controlling the volume expansion during charge and discharge cycles. According to CATL, the single-piece casing also optimizes the internal space utilization, allowing the Shenxing Plus cells to reach a high energy density level. At the system level, the company said its Shenxing Plus battery pack has a topological structure optimized on top of module-free CTP 3.0 technology, enhancing the packing efficiency by 7%. The Shenxing battery system’s energy density surpasses the 200 Wh/kg threshold for the first time, reaching 205 Wh/kg, making ranges over 1,000 kilometers a reality.
