Ferrari informed they had established their lab for battery development in March,
Our features for less weight and size, increased storage and rapid recharge rate highly for the performance sought by Ferrari. Lower replacement pack cost will also rate up there.
From the article you posted Ferrari inform;
”As part of the New Warranty Extension Hybrid programs Ferrari will replace the the high-voltage battery packs (HVP) of the cars covered in their eighth and 18th year of life.”
Whereas 1000 cycles is required for the regular workhorse vehicle, Anteotech current recharge cycle achievement would seem acceptable under the Ferrari replacement plan.
Anteotech inform that testing the magic 70% silicon anode has exceeded 600cycles. Hopefully, the qtrly informs success past 800 cycles.
Anticipated mileage for a Ferrari that isn’t used for the workhorse shopping and school pickups would be very low.
Accordingly the AnteoX and 70% silicon anode my be rated as in the frame for Ferrari consideration.
