Your comment about “taking SH on a journey” etc was very well worded, IMO. Where is the encouragement, where is the outline of the journey, the timeline, the goals? Where are the KPIs…whoops…that worked well, didn’t it?
AFAICS, SH are fed a steady diet of breadcrumbs and CIC BS. And silence…a lot of silence. Especially when things don’t work out.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD…STOP TREATING SH LIKE CHILDREN! We can handle bad news. Some of us might have sold out earlier. Some might have held out. (But then you probably wouldn’t have managed the CR.)
The BOD is going to have some serious explaining to do come the next AGM, if things don’t change significantly very soon.
