Good question G007.
My reading of that is that it is possible that the tech is the problem rather than management. If that is so (and I certainly hope not) gamblers in this company will only have themselves to blame. People who have invested more than they can afford to lose may rue their desire to attempt multi-bagging in the hope of winning easy and essentially undeserved money.
