If all they can is dilute the company they cannot be confident of the technology or they wouldn't panic into these stupid cut price capital raises.
Or are they just keeping their jobs and salaries as long as they can? From where I'm sitting it looks a bit like that..
Haven't signed a deal haven't brought in a cent of revenue but still take a hefty pay cheque whilst we all loose money.
It's not good enough management you have failed to deliver what's next.
