A larger company market cap has many benefits to the company as well as shareholders.
How serious do Mercedes & BMW & others ADO when the market cap is under $50 million struggling to keep the lights on every 6 months.
How does ADO negotiate when the market cap is so low and we appear desperate for cash.
When the company does another capital raise - which appears inevitable - its better to do sell shares at a discount when the share price is 10 or 20 cents than 2 cents.
Create awareness of the size of the overall market, potential recurring revenue.
Now _ I am no Ross Greenwood - but surely the Board & CEO can see this or is David hoping for more discounted " performance options" at 2 cents to really fill his Santa Sack pre Xmas. ( Ill struggle to type - performance options )
Does anyone / shareholders ( apart from Captain blood) really understand in simple terms what the technology does in life sciences and clean energy.
