its only a trademark, doesn't seem to affect anteobind.
we have Australian trademark protection
so don't know where the ruling affects us. Borealis anteo product is totally different from ours.
haven't got time to try to get the full article or check US and European trademarks or if this ruling is just in the UK. Borealis has divisions all over the place.
