some on here don't see any need to market to the investment community. I'm not saying do this at the exclusion of direct marketing to customers but we've done a lot of marketing to customers in the past. Conor was a very expensive hire and he left us saying, they all know about us now, my job is done
Col 1 - 8 were handed to David et all on a platter but were all eventually thrown in the too hard basket. It is possible to take an unhealthy business relationship and turn it around. That's what a good salesperson does.
One of the 8 took us to court. We should've easily won but ended up paying $300k. Sure it could've gone much worsefor us as they could've kept us in court for years and we didn't have the funds to fight it. We are always coming from a position of weakness. US companies have a strong mentality of fake it until you make it. They don't show weakness.
Look at the last 4C. We just scraped in on 8.5.
This is not a good position to be in after a diabolical capital raising.
Next 4C we won't have 2 quarters but we'll able answer 8.6.1 with we're expecting an R&D rebate of X amount.
Another CR will soon be on the cards as I don't see any non-dilutive funding coming this calendar year. Funds are being handed out but not to us.
