Yes exclusivity is a possibly .... and possibly under some sort of "Support" deal or upfront payment
Anteotech gives EV1 initial exclusivity for AnteoX for EV's only ... so still allows Anteotech to sell AnteoX to Consumer Electronics companies.
EV2 is looking at the Ultra High Silicon anode (and with it AnteoX by default), but that program may be a year or 2 further away so AnteoTech doesn't really lose anything under an initial exclusivity arrangement with EV1 but potentially wins big with equity funding or large upfront payment
