    Yes it was, although at best that is what DR may have been told. In reality! It will be when they say it is, not when DR or we want it to be. It is a waste of energy speculating, all it does is raise explanations only to be disappointed again. Drop it imo. It will be when the Germans are ready and they are never late.
    Is it worth the wait? Oh yeah!
