The wait may just not be through to year end.
After prototype performance acceptance and prior to the freeze for product issues, I expect EV1 (interpret MB) would require a conditional signed terms of agreement to contracted supply.
If I’m on the money in that expectation, the conditional out in the agreement would relate to prototype performance failure prior to design freeze.
As Vijay has posted, I would expect a marquee EV manufacturer to take up equity in Anteotech directly or within the Energy division, thereby settling ongoing funding.
Surely EV1 would require contracted terms of supply within 8wks of year end.
Mid November is the traditional AGM timing.
As the terms are being settled I would expect the market will signal the progress with OS buy orders as associated individuals within German institutions become aware of the contract development.
