The motivation for EV1 would likely include the prospect in sharing the benefit of profit returning from their Anteotech orders.
EVI would well be in the knowledge of future silicon anode developments IP protected within granted European patents.
EV1 could also be motivated by the thought of sharing the profits from the supply to other EV manufacturers.
