I've been thinking that equity funding might be coming from EV1 or another EV partner but after talking to a fellow shareholder this morning, his thinking is that it's very likely to come from Serum Institute for a number of reasons:
* The supply agreement they signed was for an absolute minimum. A higher $ agreement would've affected the share price and caused a possible re-rate. * the 1.8m usd over 5 years actually probably did the SP harm as the market was expecting a higher $ value * Once the vaccine has been approved he believes SI could possibly negotiate an equity stake at around the current SP * It'll be a win win for all involved
Semi's YouTube video that he posted last night shows SI has big plans for the future. I think this relationship will be very fruitful for us
