    Hi Goody,

    Any concerns on long term access to the technology would be resolved by putting an Escrow agreement in place.

    Having said that, our negotiation position as a minnow against a global car manufacturer is not strong - they might be anticipating some open a*** surgery on us when they get to term sheets.

    We wait!
