if he does hold a significant position and is leaving to join us, it is a huge endorsement of anteotech's CET and could also show who one of ev 1-3 is.

Yes CB the pronoun wae dropped, the Country, experience & expertise also. Apart from a local conduit to Anteotech for existing clients, and releasing Manuel Wieser to focus on the science and nano-engineering, what other CET sectors will "He" be courting?
