Along with the refinancing of debt for Varta; was there a reshuffle of personnel and this chap had indications his future at Varta was at risk? If he is leaving on his own volition seeing what ADO has to offer; if so; then a great appointment. Is he going to get stacks of free options along with his salary package?. We have enough dilution as it is.
