What we do know is we only have enough funds remaining to get us to the end of the year. The R&D rebate will buy us another quarter.
But you'd normally do a CR before less than a quarter of funding remaining. So in the absence of a material deal that would put the options in the money, and if we don't secure government funding this year, then we are looking at another CR very early in the new year.

What are the chances of a material deal before Xmas? It's more than possible, but how likely is it?

Many are counting on EV1 including us in their design freeze before Xmas or will they push it back a few months? or longer? this would also mean any equity stake in the company would be delayed also

The fact there is so little buying happening despite so many compelling reasons to be, leads me to believe the market is waiting for the next CR.
If you're a SOF, you'll know you'll get a great deal so there is no need to buy on market and end up paying more than you need to. It's becoming very difficult to buy a sizeable amount on market without moving the price up, so why would you if you believe you'll get another opportunity from the company

I just hope that David gives us a lot of surprises leading up to Xmas

but hope is not a good investment strategy

getting tired of seeing the company limp from one CR to the next CR but it does really feel like we are on the cusp of greatness
