new management have changed the way we have approached the anteobind range, with anteobindNXT, with a new price structure, new markets and working with partners in early stage development. still in an early stage but have deals with SIOI, vidcare, Aust fisheries and Korean uni.
with next months quarterly, there will be the 1st SIOI payment of $270k. and with the knowledge this is a minimum spend. expanding when the DTaP vaccine gets approval and follow up vaccine inclusion.

CETanteoX is currently in an European marquee brand battery prototype. seeing our newly appointed VP is based in Germany to be close to our partners, one of Mercedes, BMW or VW would be most likely. and one of the other 2 are most likely ev2. there is about 3 months till the end of the year where the battery design freeze of ev1 will be locked in.
a company that is sitting with a sp of 2.2c, could within 3 months be locked into a battery design freeze of Mercedes, BMW or VW.

so anteotech are real close to this design freeze. nothing is for certain but looking very very good IMO.
View attachment 6479172we have the new separator project and medical device companies targeted for short term revenue. we have developed a new electrochemistry division with a couple of scientists locked into it for the separator and nano tube market segments
with the medical device company, wyon. a year ago it was announced that tech validation was completed. then no news. who would have walked away from any progression. my guess would be Wyon trying it on there own. now they are back, what does that tell you about them trying to do it by themselves? and how much testing would they need? short term revenue. Hmmm !!!!
building a manufacturing companyanteotech are currently running what appears to be a comprehensive testing project of our 20k litre anteox production facility. get it right before expansion to 80k -100k litres.
we have been told there are plans for things such as toll manufacturing in europe as well. over a year ago been told ADO have had discussions with BASF, ashland and trinseo.
we got a $1.4m grant from the Qld government, for in part, having anode manufacturing capacity in house for testing ability
in the last webinar we were told there are plans for automation for anteobind production.
get these things online before orders and resulting revenue starts being generated

why hire production staff and marketing communication specialist if production wasn't nearly ready and information flow isn't about to flow?
so at this stage we have little revenue but plenty of partnerships, are getting ready to produce mass volume of anteoX and anteobind, hiring staff to do this. have very high calibre battery person join us as VP of international sales (not just in europe but the US as well).
IMO, it paints a picture of a company thats is ready for success.
but having said that, we will probably get the AGM date ann this week. David will have about 8 weeks in between. if the sp is still in the 2c range, I will, like the last option vote, vote no to any performance packages. I really like what management have done to change ADO from a research company to the early stage of commercialisation but management have to take the shareholders with them before being granted extra shares.
still time for sp movement and for all my votes at the agm to be yes but the time is ticking. (seeing we didn't vote the options down and the damage thats done to the sp, a no vote probably is meaningless but maybe will be different this time)
