maybe "corporate" was the wrong choice of word. I seem to recall it being written in a past announcement, the exact services that Hawkesbury provided AnteoTech.

John is the shareholder Liaison. The company even says so themselves. Anyone who's contacted the company since the raising has been referred to John. Of course David is going to brief him on what he 'can' and 'cannot' say to shareholders.
I also believe the recent Top 20 shareholder meeting was organized by John. Just one of the things he's been involved in.
Looks to me like David and John share a very close working relationship but I'm just a flip flop poster. What would I know
