The fact is, if those options are in the money and ADO has successfully commercialised our tech (finally!!) the option 'funding' will be comparably pitiful and unnecessary. Just more bottom of the barrel dilution with two bites at the cherry. Does not respect the shareholders that have participated in funding this company through to commercialisation for last 10 years+ at all. Even if they participate, which it seems, many like myself chose not to. And what do you know, I can buy cheaper on market now anyway lol.

As I said when the was first announced, the options attached put the value of this raise closer to 2c than many realised. Which is a disgusting frikking joke when we were at 4c. I had no real problem with management until this raise but this was a shocker in anyone's terms. I would have supported a raise at a higher price but this type of discounted raise reeks of desperation not near term commercial deal.
