Talking about funding. There are other options which has not been mentioned if ADO need another 12 months of funds before substantial revenue arrives.
Both the below require a concrete revenue deal but there are other options than to just another CR.
A loan. Conventional finance loan or loan from EV1.
Another is prepayment for first/few contracts.
I would think the equity stake idea has more merit but there are other potential options if management think outside the box to save dilution.
