while I do applaud anyone who wishes to exercise the options early to help the company, the maths just don't add up for me
currently, on a good day, you could get 1c for your ADOO, to convert them is 3.5c, total cost 4.5c and you get a bonus option with an exercise price of 5.6c
if there is another CR in the next 4 months, it'll most likely be around 1.5c and you'll get a bonus option with a strike price probably around 3c or possibly less
Selling your options now and participating in the next raise will enable you to obtain 3 times more shares
If no deal or significant news before Xmas, I'll most likely offload my small amount of options as the risk of holding is too great. Anyone who plays with options knows they can quickly become worthless.
I will participate in the next CR if there is one. This is not fearmongering. This is not flip flopping. This is reality. Our cash is quickly running out.
We need a "capital injection" from other means to prevent another CR from happening at these stupidly low prices
