Banks don't care about it, what they care about is getting paid interest over time.
To do that you need revenues which ADO has now in a binding contract with SII.
Banks DO lend on discount cash method for future earnings if one can show a clear path and progress of commercialisation.
ADO can clearly do that with EV1.
