This is a government of the song" Promises; Promises." Like bob hawks promise "no child will live in poverty". This gov would supply xyz house; xyz nurses and whatever it would take to get votes on a promise. A contract without the assistance of the present gov would be best. Shareholders simply do not know some of the things the company can be involved in. Detail is scant.
